• Assisted group: great for adults or children who are beginner swimmers and need hands on instructor attention.
  (4 swimmers to 1 instructor in the water)
• Unassisted group: great for adults or children with previous swim lesson experience looking to progress their technique
  (8 swimmers to 1 instructor teaching from pool deck)
