Details:
A program for intermediate-advanced swimmers seeking to correct and perfect the 4 major swim strokes along with starts, dives and flip-turns.
The course runs on Saturdays from 2:15-3:00pm with a building-block approach curriculum. This means each clinic will correlate to lessons learned from previous clinics
There are no games or lifeguard rescues. Students must be able to swim one lap in good freestyle form in order to participate in the stroke clinic. Ages 8+
