Who is this for?
?Any swimmer who swims for a competitive swim team of a School or League and needs more
time/workouts/drills on a consistent weekly basis.
?A swimmer who seeks swimming at the collegiate level and needs an offseason pool in the Winter,
Spring, Summer.
What is the program?
? Swim Practice 6 days/week for 1 hour each
?No Games, No Lifeguarding, Just Swimming!
?Dryland Workout and Stroke Clinic on Saturdays
?All Practices and Drills written by David & Beth Skudin
?Our goal is to empower the competitive swimmer in support of their goals by providing consistency and
flexibility for their practice schedule in the offseason.
PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE:
$180 Initial Down Deposit + 6 payments of $300 (automatically charged 1st Monday of every month starting in January)
