30 min foundation group lesson. Parent/guardian are required to be in the pool to help assist their child during their lesson. Our swim instructor will introduce skills that can be used by a parent or guardian to help build confidence in and around the water. This class is ideal for newborns, first time swimmers and fearful/timid swimmers under the age of five.

Toddler & Me (3-5yr)
