Details
This Lifeguard Re-Certification course is for any lifeguard with currently valid certifications or an expired certification no more than 30 days old. If your certification is more than 30 days expired you will need to retake the entire training course – information for that can be found here
This certification is valid for two years. Please keep in mind however that all Nassau County Lifeguards are required to renew their CPR/AED certifications annually (as well as their Nassau County Lifeguard Certifications every 3 years). This re-certification course includes:
- Lifeguarding
- First Aid
- CPR/AED
