Junior Lifeguard Prep Course
With summer right around the corner, now is the time to make sure you’re in top swim shape to pass those swim tests! The Junior Lifeguard Prep course is ideal for:
- Any swimmers looking to try out for the Long Beach Junior Lifeguards program for summer 2024
- Swimmers ages 15+ who need to decrease their lap times to pass lifeguard tests
- Any swimmers ages 15+ who are planning on taking the Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course
- Lifeguards who need to get back in shape for the summer 2024 season
- Any swimmer 10-18yo who wants to shorten their lap times or get into better swim shape
- Surfers looking to build a strong freestyle stroke for ocean activities
