MISSED CLASS / MAKEUP LESSONS

All semester registrations include *1 free makeup lesson* as a part of your registration during the makeup week.

Any and all makeups outside of the makeup week will incur a charge of $15.

Due to scheduling, makeup lessons are not guaranteed. If you are unable to do a makeup that lesson will be lost. Account credit and lesson credits are not given for unused makeup lessons

2 week private registrations do not include makeup lessons. If you miss your lesson you will loose it

Account credit or lesson credits are not given for missed lessons, this include misses due to illness
CANCELLATIONS:

All mid-semester cancellations will be required to pay the owed balance prior to cancelling. The unused dollar value will be saved on your account as a credit for future registrations. *THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR MID SEMESTER CANCELLATIONS…NO EXCEPTIONS! If you chose the monthly payment plan option, you will be required to pay the remainder of your balance on the day you cancel.

Any and all cancellations result in an ACCOUNT CREDIT ONLY. There are no refunds for cancellations. Your account credit will reflect any remaining classes that have not happened yet, put on your account as a credit. Credit will not be given for classes that have already occurred; this includes cancellations within 24hrs of your next class.
INSTRUCTORS:

We understand the importance of instructor consistency – we strive to make sure your swimmer has the same instructor each week and are usually able to provide that for all our swimmers. In the event that your normal instructor is unavailable, an equally qualified instructor will teach the lesson.

Account credits and makeup lessons are not given for lessons with a different instructor.
